Terms of Service

Itsmylife LLC · 446 E 500 S, Manti - 84642-1731, United States (US) · Last updated October 16, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website at www.itsmylife.mom and the keepsake services offered by Itsmylife LLC, a keepsake printing studio located at 446 E 500 S, Manti - 84642-1731, United States (US). By visiting the website, sending an enquiry or asking the studio to prepare a keepsake, a person agrees to these terms. The terms are written in plain English so that every reader understands the arrangement before work begins.

The studio handles personal material such as photographs, letters and recipe cards, and that material deserves clear rules on both sides. The sections below describe what the studio promises, what is expected of the client, how prices and timelines work and how a disagreement is resolved. Please read them carefully and contact the studio with any question before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the website, by completing the contact form, by sending an email to hello@itsmylife.mom, by calling +19843889128 or by placing an order with the studio, a person confirms that the terms set out here have been read and accepted. This website is published under the developer name ItsMyLife and is operated by Itsmylife LLC, and these terms apply to every visitor and every client without exception.

A person who does not agree with these terms should not use the website and should not place an order. If a person accepts these terms on behalf of a family, a group or an organisation, that person confirms that the authority to do so has been given and that the terms bind the party represented.

These terms work together with the Privacy Policy published on this website. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information and keepsake material are handled, and it forms part of the agreement between the studio and the client.

2. Description of Services

Itsmylife LLC provides keepsake printing and finishing services from a studio in Manti, Utah. The six principal services are Memory Book Printing, Photo Restoration Pages, Keepsake Box Design, Family Recipe Collections, Anniversary Albums and Gift Wrapping Studio. Each service is described in detail on the services page of this website.

  • Memory Book Printing builds bound books from photographs, letters and captions supplied by the client.
  • Photo Restoration Pages repair damage to images and prepare restored files for printing.
  • Keepsake Box Design produces fitted boxes with cloth wraps and ribbon closures.
  • Family Recipe Collections turn handwritten cards into washable working volumes.
  • Anniversary Albums tell the story of a relationship across paired spreads.
  • Gift Wrapping Studio finishes a keepsake with wraps, seals, labels and ribbon.

The studio will describe the scope of a specific project in writing before work begins. Any service not described in that written scope is not included in the agreed price.

3. Eligibility and Age

The website and the services of the studio are intended for adults. A person must be at least eighteen years old to place an order, and a person under eighteen may only take part in a keepsake project through a parent or guardian who accepts these terms.

A person who places an order confirms that the information provided is accurate and that the person has the right to supply the material that will be used, including the right to use any photograph of another individual. If a project involves images of a child or of a person who cannot consent, the client confirms that permission from a parent, guardian or authorised representative has been obtained.

The studio reserves the right to decline a project where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where the material appears to have been supplied without proper authority.

4. Orders and Enquiries

An enquiry, whether sent by the contact form, by email or by telephone, is a request for information and does not create a binding order on its own. An order is formed only when the studio has confirmed in writing the scope of the project, the price and the expected timeline, and the client has accepted that confirmation.

The studio may accept or decline any enquiry at its discretion. A project may be declined where the material is unsuitable, where the timeline cannot be met honestly, where the request falls outside the services of the studio or where accepting the work would conflict with a legal or ethical obligation.

Once an order is confirmed, a deposit may be requested before work begins. The deposit reserves studio time and materials for the client and is applied to the final balance of the project.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices for keepsake services are quoted in United States dollars and are based on the scope confirmed in writing. A quote considers the number of pages, the amount of restoration, the binding and finishing options and any gift wrapping that is requested. Prices may change for future projects, but a price already confirmed for an accepted order remains as stated for that order.

A deposit is normally due before production begins, with the balance due before delivery. The studio will set out the payment schedule clearly in the order confirmation. Payment may be made by the methods the studio offers at the time, and a receipt will be issued for every payment.

Late payment may pause a project. If a balance remains unpaid after delivery of a reminder, the studio may hold the finished keepsake until the balance is settled. The studio does not add hidden charges, and any additional cost, such as an extra reprint or a changed specification, is agreed in writing before it is incurred.

6. Timelines and Scheduling

The studio provides an estimated timeline for each project, normally between four and eight weeks depending on size and complexity. The estimate is given in good faith, but it depends on several factors outside the control of the studio, including the prompt return of proofs, the supply of usable material and the workload of the studio.

Holiday booking weeks are limited, and a project accepted during a busy season may take longer. The studio will always give an honest estimate rather than promise a date that cannot be met, and it will tell the client promptly if a timeline is likely to change.

A client who needs a keepsake for a specific date should say so at the start of the project. The studio will confirm whether the date is achievable, and it will not accept a deadline it cannot reasonably meet.

7. Client Material and Responsibilities

The client is responsible for supplying material that is complete, legible and lawfully held. The client must hold the rights needed to reproduce every photograph, letter and document supplied, and the client must not send material that infringes the rights of another person or that is unlawful in any way.

The client should send originals in a secure manner and should keep a personal copy of anything irreplaceable before it leaves the home. Although the studio takes great care with every item, original material is handled at the risk of the client, and the studio cannot replace a photograph that exists nowhere else.

The studio will return original material to the client once scanning and restoration are complete. Where a client asks the studio to store scans for a later reprint, the studio will do so for an agreed period and will delete the scans at the end of that period or on request.

8. Proofs and Approval

Before a project is printed, the studio sends a proof for review. The client is responsible for checking the proof carefully, including names, dates, spelling, image order and any caption text. The studio corrects errors that are reported before final approval, and it does not charge for reasonable corrections at the proof stage.

Once the client approves a proof in writing, the project proceeds to print and bind. Errors that appear in the finished keepsake and that were present and visible in the approved proof are the responsibility of the client. Where the studio makes an error that was not present in the approved proof, the studio will reprint the affected pages or the affected book at no cost to the client.

If a proof is not approved within a reasonable period, the studio may pause the project. The studio will hold the work and resume when the client responds, and it will explain any effect on the original timeline.

9. Intellectual Property

The client keeps ownership of every photograph, letter and document supplied for a project. The studio does not claim a copyright in client material and does not use it for any purpose beyond the agreed project without clear written permission that may be withdrawn at any time.

The studio owns the layout, the restored versions it creates, the design of the book and box and the wording of its own website. The client receives the finished keepsake for personal, non commercial use. The client may not reproduce the design of the studio for resale or present the work of the studio as the work of another provider.

All text, images and design elements on this website belong to Itsmylife LLC unless stated otherwise and may not be copied or reused without written permission. The name Itsmylife LLC and the studio marks are the property of the company.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Finished keepsakes may be collected from the studio at 446 E 500 S, Manti - 84642-1731, United States (US) or delivered by a postal or courier service. The client chooses the delivery method, and the studio packs each keepsake so that it travels safely.

Delivery timescales are set by the carrier and are outside the direct control of the studio. Once a parcel is handed to a carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery, and the studio will help the client with any tracking or claim that may be needed.

Risk in a keepsake passes to the client on delivery or on collection. The client should inspect the parcel on arrival and report any damage within a reasonable time so that the studio can help resolve the matter with the carrier.

11. Cancellations and Returns

A client may cancel an order before production begins and receive a refund of any deposit, less any cost already incurred for materials or preparation. Once production has begun, the deposit becomes non refundable because studio time and materials have been committed to the project.

Keepsakes are personalised and made to order, so they are not returnable for a change of mind after delivery. If a keepsake arrives damaged or contains an error made by the studio, the client should contact the studio promptly, and the studio will repair, reprint or replace the affected part.

Every dispute about a returned or faulty keepsake is handled in good faith. The studio will examine the item, discuss the cause with the client and propose a fair solution, which may include a reprint, a repair or a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

12. Warranties and Disclaimers

The studio warrants that it will perform each service with reasonable skill and care and that it will use materials suited to a keepsake intended to last. The studio does not warrant that a particular colour will match exactly across different screens or printers, because colour depends on the device used to view a proof.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and the services are provided without any other warranty, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The studio does not warrant that the website will always be available or free from error.

Nothing in these terms limits any right that a client has under consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited. Where a right cannot be excluded, the studio honours it fully.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Itsmylife LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunity or emotional distress, arising from the use of the website or from a keepsake project.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of the studio for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project that gave rise to the claim. This limit applies to every claim taken together, whether in contract, in tort or otherwise.

The studio is not liable for a loss that results from material supplied by the client that was incomplete, illegible or unlawfully held, nor for a delay caused by a carrier, by a client request or by an event outside the reasonable control of the studio.

14. Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Itsmylife LLC, its owners, employees and partners from any claim, loss, cost or expense that arises from material supplied by the client, from a breach of these terms by the client or from a breach of the rights of a third party by the client.

This indemnity covers, for example, a claim that a photograph supplied by the client infringes the copyright of another person or that a document supplied by the client was used without the consent of the person concerned. The client is responsible for ensuring that every item supplied may lawfully be reproduced.

The studio will notify the client promptly of any such claim and will cooperate reasonably in addressing it, but the client remains responsible for the cost of defending the claim and for any award that results.

15. Acceptable Use of the Website

The website may be used for lawful purposes only. A visitor must not attempt to interfere with the website, to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, to introduce malicious code or to copy content for a commercial purpose without permission.

  • Do not send automated requests that place an unreasonable load on the website.
  • Do not attempt to access a server or a database without authorisation.
  • Do not copy, republish or resell the content of the website without written permission.
  • Do not use the contact form to send unlawful, threatening or misleading material.
  • Do not use the website in a way that harms the studio or another visitor.

The studio may suspend access to the website for any visitor who breaches these rules, and it may report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authority.

16. Third Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to third party websites or use third party services, such as a payment processor or a courier. These links and services are provided for convenience, and the studio does not control them.

The studio is not responsible for the content, the privacy practices or the availability of any third party website or service. A visitor who uses a third party website does so under the terms and privacy policy of that website, and the studio encourages every visitor to read those documents before sharing personal information.

Where the studio uses a third party service to complete a project, such as a printing partner or a courier, the studio remains responsible for choosing the provider with care and for sharing only the information that the task requires.

17. Privacy and Data

The handling of personal information and keepsake material is described in the Privacy Policy published on this website. The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms, and a person who accepts these terms also accepts the practices described in that policy.

The studio keeps personal information only as long as it is needed for the project and for ordinary business records. Original material is returned to the client, and digital scans are deleted once they are no longer required, unless the client asks the studio to keep them for a reprint.

A client who wishes to exercise a privacy right may contact hello@itsmylife.mom or call +19843889128, and the studio will respond as described in the Privacy Policy.

18. Suspension and Termination

The studio may suspend or end access to the website, or decline to continue a project, where these terms are breached, where material supplied is unlawful or where continuing would expose the studio to legal or ethical risk.

Either party may end a project where the other has failed to meet a material obligation and has not corrected the failure within a reasonable time after being asked. On termination, the client pays for work already completed and for materials already committed, and the studio returns original material to the client.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those on intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law, continue to apply after the project ends.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Utah.

Before resorting to a formal process, the parties agree to try to resolve any dispute in good faith by discussing the matter directly. A client with a concern should contact the studio at hello@itsmylife.mom or call +19843889128 so that the studio can attempt to reach a fair solution.

Where a dispute proceeds to a formal process, the prevailing party may be entitled to recover reasonable costs as allowed by law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief where it is genuinely needed.

20. Changes to These Terms

The studio may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect a change in practice, a new service or a change in the law. When an update is made, the date at the top of the page is revised so that readers can see when the current version took effect.

A revised version replaces any earlier version. For an active project, the terms in force when the project was confirmed continue to govern that project unless the client agrees to the updated terms, so that no family is surprised by a new rule mid way through production.

A person who continues to use the website after an update takes effect accepts the current version of these terms for future use. Questions about an update are welcome and will be answered in plain language.

21. Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision is modified to the smallest extent necessary or removed, and the remaining provisions continue in full force. The failure of the studio to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These terms together with the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between the studio and the client concerning the matters described here, and they replace any earlier discussion or written statement on the same subject. A person may not transfer rights under these terms without the written agreement of the studio.

Headings are used for convenience only and do not affect the meaning of any provision. Where a number or a currency is stated, it is stated in United States dollars and in the manner used by the studio at the time of the project.
